Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Store Manager Trainee requires 6+ months of store management experience.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to supervise others and lead teams.
• Experience with firearms and ability to obtain firearms certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates via company channels.
• Open and close the store and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection and loan management controls.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Oversee loan qualifications and buying processes.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
• Communicate clearly to ensure understanding of store mission and objectives.
