Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work flexible schedule including opens/closes, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of leadership training.
• Support store leadership and daily operations.
