Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals.
• Accurately report financial measures and transactions.
• Manage food supply to ensure adequate availability at all times.
• Ensure that Quality of service is optimal.
• Ensure to the satisfaction of the Customers.
• Ensure that the store has a strong Team.
• Ensure that food meets Jersey Mike’s specifications.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop the best team of associates.
• Schedule associate coverage to ensure hours of operation are met.
