Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in general maintenance preferred; HVAC/R, electrical and/or plumbing experience a plus.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment, use tools, and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to drive a company vehicle to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Provide general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structures and interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc.
• Maintain store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Facilitate repairs by organizing stock parts and contacting service vendors for supplies.
• Document actions and communicate needs to ensure continuity among teams.
• Participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; job duties may change with notice.
• Drive a company vehicle to various store locations throughout the division as required.
