The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work holidays, weekends, or non-standard hours. Starting pay is $13.75 per hour with weekly pay, and comprehensive TEAM benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or non-standard hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Neat and clean appearance per dress code.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain a respectful and supportive work environment with peers.
• Adhere to all store operational policies and procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and housekeeping procedures to ensure safety.
• Stock and maintain products on shelves and in coolers following FIFO.
• Ensure cleanliness in all areas of the store including restrooms and customer-facing spaces.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness including pumps and sidewalks.
• Perform property inspections for ice, potholes, and debris.
• Review Store Communication Board for updates and information.
• Follow SOPs and handbooks; adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
