Qualifications

• Ability to interpret operational and financial data and drive results.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with inventory systems, order processing, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete and maintain firearms-related certifications (ATF Form 4473, background checks).
• Team-first attitude and willingness to assist where needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day logistics, merchandising, and receiving operations to support a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Balance workforce planning, scheduling, training, and payroll with standards compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Director and leaders to align priorities with business goals.
• Coach and support Team Leads and Team Members across Logistics and Receiving.
