Academy Sports + Outdoors in Houston is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in logistics, receiving, and merchandising, ensuring inventory accuracy and safe execution. You will drive productivity, balance scheduling, training, and payroll while meeting sales targets.

You will partner with the Store Director and other leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, coach team members, and uphold a culture of trust and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with inventory systems, order processing and payroll systems; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to complete and maintain firearms-related certifications and ATF Form 4473 compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the day-to-day operational rhythm of the store supporting a seamless customer experience.
• Lead logistics, merchandising, and receiving operations with focus on inventory flow, accuracy, safety, and execution excellence.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that boost productivity and efficiency.
• Balance workforce planning, scheduling, training, and payroll while holding teams accountable to standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director and district/regional partners to translate goals into actionable improvement plans.
