Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator for the Store - Laconia, NH location. You will plan and coordinate children's parties and craft events, engage customers of all ages, and lead participants through crafts and activities while maintaining safety and clean store standards.

Your role includes coordinating add-ons, handling inquiries via email and phone, and supporting in-store processes like stocking and planogram adherence. Previous retail or service experience is valued.

• Excellent people skills, written and verbal communication, and listening abilities.
• Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
