Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Georgia. You will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals.

Successful candidates will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for growth within Panda Express. This role is full-time and typically requires a flexible schedule, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store and help achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
