Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Pooler, Georgia. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Our program includes an 8+ week Store Leadership Training, mentorship, and ongoing support from the Panda community to develop your professional and personal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Oversee scheduling, open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
