Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences and adherence to safety standards.
