Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification preferred/required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide leadership development and ensure ongoing training for staff.
• Address conflicts and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
