Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ridgeland, MS to work on-site in a full-time role. The position will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, chair recruiting, and mentor Teammates while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include merchandising, training, and performing high-level duties when the Store Manager is unavailable. Competitive benefits and performance recognition are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Teammates.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and merchandising procedures.
