Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single store in California. You will hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We provide a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for success. This role requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays within a 50-mile radius of home, plus Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and direction to the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
