Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in California is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single store, lead teams, hire and direct staff, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates.
• Drive achievement of financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
