Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial and guest-service goals. You will participate in a leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead store associates.
• Hire, manage, and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
