Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and training for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment compliant with health and sanitation procedures.
