Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Organize and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image and supervise staff under company guidelines.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site appearance.
• Foster non-discriminatory leadership in hiring, training and counseling staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and training for staff on safety and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold regular meetings.
