7-Eleven, Inc. is recruiting a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Murrells Inlet, SC. You will support the Store Leader, coach staff, supervise daily operations, and drive customer service excellence while ensuring merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year Retail Management experience.
• Experience supervising store teams in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to train, coach and develop staff to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and manage cash handling and loyalty promotions.
