Wendy's franchisee company is seeking a General Manager for our New Bremen, OH location. The manager will execute the store plan to achieve standards, sales, local marketing programs and profits by staffing, training, and operating to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes budget attainment, cost controls, team leadership, and consistent quality, service, and cleanliness across all shifts, with a focus on customer experience and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsabilités

• Meets budgeted sales targets and sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products and service.
• Resolves customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintains store cleanliness and ensures consistent Q.S.C. scores.
• Leads training and development for managers and crew; promotes high performers.
• Manages store operations, inventory levels, and labor to optimize performance.
• Conducts regular review of P&L information with the management team.
