The program offers industry-leading training and growth opportunities. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with the potential for first-year earnings between $78,000 and $108,500, including bonus where applicable.

Formación

• 18 years old minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interview candidates and recommend personnel for advancement or termination.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
