Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach, and lead store associates to meet financial goals, while ensuring top-tier service.

A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success. Flexibility to work varied shifts (opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays) and willingness to relocate within 50 miles are required; a Serve Safe certification is preferred to support food safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and oversee hiring, management and direction of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
