Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a three-week (or longer) store leadership training program to prepare you for success. This role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates toward financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
