Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a capable Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals while ensuring a high-quality guest experience. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and the ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
