Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager in Ashland, KY to lead a high-performance team and implement the store strategy for profitable sales growth.

You will coach and develop associates, manage merchandise and operations, and drive sales through targeted programs and leadership engagement. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least five years in retail leadership. Eligible for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Models, coaches, and holds team accountable for outstanding customer service.
• Analyze sales and expense data to identify opportunities.
• Lead Salon Manager/Beauty Manager/Supervisors and engage related teams.
• Drive sales through store walkthroughs and leadership interactions.
• Ensure pricing/signing accuracy during store walkthroughs.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching for associates and address performance gaps.
