QuikTrip Corp. in Texas is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations and develop a high-performing team.

You will focus on customer engagement, operational execution, and teamwork, reporting to the Store Manager and collaborating with additional Assistant Managers to uphold QT standards. You will train and develop clerks on your shift, promoting a respectful, inclusive environment and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Desired Experience: Retail store sales experience.
• Desired Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience with difficult situations; self-motivated; ability to work unsupervised; must communicate in English (verbal and written) with customers, vendors, and employees.

• Shift Management - Coordinate shift activities to meet customer demand and maintain operations.
• Business Operations - Monitor task execution, resolve issues, and ensure reporting/inventory processes are followed.
