Qualifications

• Retail store sales experience desired.

• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and model professional behavior on shift.
• Store Appearance - Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and address appearance issues proactively.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Ensure food quality and safety where applicable and follow standards.
• Merchandising - Present products attractively and align displays with customer demand.
• Shift Management - Support shift performance and coordinate cross-shift coverage to meet customer needs.
• Business Operations - Monitor tasks, resolve issues, and ensure proper reporting and inventory processes.
