Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store’s financial health through sales, inventory controls, and cash handling, plus marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for guest service, resolving guest complaints effectively.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
