Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You’ll undergo on-the-job training to learn profitable store management and take charge of opening/closing, staffing, and directing daily activities to uphold company standards.

You will develop teams, implement directives from headquarters, and work to maximize profit while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. A bonus is earned upon meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.
