Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda store and lead a team toward financial goals and outstanding guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success, with ongoing development and promotion potential.

The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus a Serve Safe certification and relocation within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and lead a team of associates.
• Hire, supervise, and direct staff to achieve financial goals and excellent guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program and ongoing development.
