Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store, hire and lead associates, and drive guest satisfaction. A multi-week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and be flexible to move within 50 miles of home; availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work flexible schedule incl. opening/closing shifts, evenings and weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead team members.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
