Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, hire and direct staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to set you up for success and growth within the company.

This role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and availability for a schedule that includes openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and supervise associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Help achieve store targets and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
