Job summary

Ace Retail Group is hiring an Assistant Manager in Training for Store 61 in Lee’s Summit, MO. You will help manage daily store operations, support customer service, and develop as a leader under the guidance of the Store Manager.

You will participate in training, supervise associates, and ensure adherence to company SOPs while upholding Ace Retail Group's core values. This role is on site at the Lee’s Summit location.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Effective verbal and written communication; teamwork encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive representation of Ace Retail Group to customers.
• Assist customers, greet and help solve problems.
• Provide friendly, outgoing demeanor with customers and associates.
• Maintain product knowledge and store layout familiarity.
• Open and close the store as needed and support store operations.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and audits as directed.
• Assist with training and performance of associates.
• Communicate issues to Store Manager and follow SOPs.
• Participate in district projects and weekly management meetings.
