Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operations of a single store in Flower Mound, TX. You will hire, lead, and direct associates to reach financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

A three-week or longer leadership training program will prepare you for success. You should be flexible to move within 50 miles of your home, capable of working opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and Hold a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support from the store leadership training program and mentorship to develop leadership capabilities.
• Ensure customer service standards and safety policies are followed to maintain restaurant quality and efficiency.
