Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Assistant Manager II to assist the Store Manager and lead daily store operations. You will help drive sales, manage expenses, and supervise associates to deliver a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and financial analysis skills, with potential relocation to the Southwestern United States. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour and eligibility for company benefits is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and financial analysis skills.
• Promotional relocation open to the Southwestern U.S.
• Flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and gross profit goals for the store.
• Review P&L and expense reports for opportunities.
• Support operational and financial improvements in the store.
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
• Support Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service and HR.
• Manage inventory control to maintain appropriate levels.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures.
• Train and supervise store associates and managers.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities.
• Conduct field sales meetings with customers.
• Travel to stores for coverage and special projects.
• May act as Store Manager in the Manager's absence.
