Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Promote and maintain a safe, professional image among staff and customers.
• Communicate with suppliers and manage inventory reporting as needed.
• Ensure posters and signs are accessible to all employees.
