Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and supervise team members to meet financial and guest-service goals while driving a positive store culture.

A 3+ weeks leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success and to advance toward future management opportunities at Panda. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and lead a team toward success.
• Complete a 3+ week store leadership training program.
