KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Lane Bryant in Greendale, WI. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily action plans, lead associates, and ensure smooth operations while upholding the brand standard. Strong leadership and a passion for fashion are essential.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and a love for helping customers feel confident. Flexible availability, English proficiency, and comfort with store systems are required.

• 1–3 years retail experience and passion for styling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand needs and support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through selling models.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Drive store results by identifying business opportunities with leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and manage payroll.
• Communicate daily updates to store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support onboarding of new associates and adhere to brand policies.
