Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise with receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Ensure planograms and merchandise presentation per Store Manager direction.
• Maintain cash control, deposits, and refunds with cashier accountability.
• Assist in Store Manager's absence to manage store operations.
