Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda store, including hiring, supervising associates, and driving financial results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to adapt to changing priorities and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store and supervise associates to achieve financial goals.
• Direct daily activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for management roles.
• Support ongoing career development and advancement opportunities within the company.
