As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will receive a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and maintain store standards.
