Job summary

Event Network is hiring an Assistant Store Director to jointly lead a specific store with the Store Director. You will recruit, train, and retain a high performing team while delivering strong guest service and compelling visual presentation.

You’ll drive sales, optimize payroll, and partner with management to meet budget and operating goals. As a leader, you’ll model our values, coach staff, and ensure compliance with policies.
