Job summary

Event Network is a leading operator of retail experiences at iconic US destinations. This Assistant Store Director role partners with the Store Director to build a high-performing team, drive guest service excellence, and execute store strategies to achieve net income and sales goals.

You will lead staffing, training, visual presentation, and partner relations to optimize performance and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates clear expectations and holds team members to e|n standards.
• Recruits talent and develops existing staff to meet business goals.
• Drives talent development through training and communication.
• Maximizes team performance via performance management processes.
• Motivates and retains staff; partners with SD on rewards and exits for underproficient members.
• Ensures guest service excellence and merchandise presentation per guidelines.
• Collaborates with Store Director to meet net income, sales, and shrink targets.
• Maintains store payroll, inventory, and expenses within budgeted guidelines.
