The ASD will lead talent development, coaching, and accountability while ensuring merchandising standards and brand guidelines are applied across the store. The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, managing expenses, and achieving sales and net income targets, with a focus on collaboration with partner management and SSC to support growth

Responsibilities

• Leads store team development and performance through coaching and accountability.
• Manages guest service and merchandise presentation to align with brand standards.
• Executes short- and long-term store goals in partnership with the Store Director.
• Oversees recruiting, training, and retention of Sales Leads and team members.
