Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, hire and lead a team, and drive financial and guest-experience goals. A multi-week leadership training program prepares you for advancement within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety knowledge and ability to handle hot foods and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and mentor team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in multi-week store leadership training program for advancement.
• Support scheduling and operational efficiency to maximize store performance.
