Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant Store Manager in Paramus, NJ. You will lead a team, drive daily performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing inventory, merchandising, and store operations to support profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, sales capability, and the ability to develop team members in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening/weekend hours and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation.
