Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product displays to reflect brand standards.
• Manage inventory, restocking and floor plan to ensure smooth shopping flow.
• Run store operations including scheduling, opening/closing, and processes.
• Drive revenue with performance strategies and customer-focused initiatives.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
