Job summary
Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in our New Jersey location to lead a team, manage daily store operations, and drive exceptional customer service. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives while supporting the Management Team.
Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to achieving targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend/evening availability is often required, with opportunities for career advancement
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams to achieve sales goals.
- Strong visual merchandising and store presentation skills.
- Proficient in inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Proven ability to drive revenue through sales initiatives.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure visual standards and product displays meet brand requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, and maintain organized sales floor.
- Oversee store operations, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
