Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Conroe, Texas. As an Assistant Manager you will support day-to-day operations, supervise associates, ensure delightful guest experiences, and help meet financial goals.

We will provide a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to relocate within 50 miles, flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and lead team activities.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training program of 3 or more weeks.
