Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive experience for Associates and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets and store changes; coordinate loss prevention and store layout improvements.
